AMPLA to conduct trial for National Open Classic Powerlifting Championship 2026

Imphal, February 11 2026: The All Manipur Powerlifting Association (AMPLA) is set to conduct a State team trial for participation in the National Open Classic Powerlifting Championships 2026 to be held in Mangalore, Karnataka from March 24 to 28, 2026 .

The trial is scheduled on February 15 at Keishamthong Elangbam Leikai Community Hall, said AMPLA in a press note while inviting interested lifters to take part in the trial.

The weigh-in will begin at 9 am before the competition starts at 11 am, it said.

The athletes should bring their propef kits for the competition, it added.
