YVA rout Ishok FC 4-0 to cUnch U-13 Boys' Inter Club Football League title

Imphal, May 02 2025: Young Voluntary Association (YVA), Wangjing were crowned the champions of the U-13 Boys' Inter Club Football League Tournament 2023-24 organised by the All Manipur Football Association at YCWA ground, Heinoubok.

YVA sealed the top honour with a 4-0 rout of Ishok FC today in the final match this afternoon.

YVA produced a dominating performance right from the beginning and were leading by 3-0 goals in the first half before signing off with the 4-0 victory.

Ningthoujam Gokul opened the floodgate early in the 7th minute before Laishram Bikash doubled the advantage in the 31st minute.

The scoring spree continued with Oinam Rishikanta of Ishok FC conceding an own goal one minute into the added time of the first half (30+1').The final goal for YVA meanwhile came up in the 43rd minute when Takhellambam Punshiba made the most of a chance.

Ishok FC did well to reduce the margin in the remainder of the game but YVA stood firm to see out the game 4-0 and lifted the title trophy of the 18-team tournament.
