Asufii FA, Angtha FC enjoy easy wins in 2nd Premier League

Friday's 2nd Premier League served up a day of emphatic victories as Asufii FA and Angtha FC delivered dominant performances, crushing NISA and RAU respectively in a pair of high-scoring affairs.
Asufii FA produced a commanding display, sweeping aside NISA with a resounding 4-0 win, spearheaded by a brace from Wangkheirakpam John Singh.
John set the tone early, breaking the deadlock just eight minutes in with a clinical finish.
Despite their dominance, Asufii were unable to add to their lead before halftime.
The floodgates opened after the break, however.
Khumanthem Arun Singh made it 2-0 in the 75th minute, before Samson added a third four minutes from time.
John then capped off a superb performance with his second goal in stoppage time, sealing a comprehensive victory.
In a goal-laden thriller, W Konthoujam Bobosana stole the show with a hat-trick as Angtha FC overpowered RAU in a 6-3 victory.
Angtha flew out of the blocks, with Konthoujam Premananda firing them ahead inside just one minute.
RAU fought back after the break, with Leishising Tallan-ao levelling in the 51st minute.
However, Bobosana restored Angtha's lead in the 59th minute, swiftly followed by Wangkhem Loyangamba's strike a minute later to make it 3-1.Though Chanambam Yaik-homba pulled one back for RAU in the 63rd minute, Julian Keishing responded immediately, re-establishing Angtha's two-goal cushion in the 67th minute.
Bobosana then completed his hat-trick in the 72nd minute, effectively killing off the contest at 6-2 .
Tallanao grabbed his second for RAU late on, but Angtha comfortably saw out the win.
