4th Senior Women's One Day Trophy FORCE beat Al-Ameen by 6 wickets

Imphal, February 23 2025: FORCE, Kshetrigao pulled off a 6-wicket win over Al-Ameen, Lilong in the third match of the 4th Senior Women's One Day Trophy today at THAU ground, Thangmeiband.

FORCE opted to field first and bowled out Al-Ameen for 142 runs in 32.1 overs before chasing down the target in 18.4 overs with 6 wickets left to spare.

Put in to bat first, Al-Ameen had a shaky start to their innings and were reduced to 42/4 before Najiya Begum anchored with an unbeaten 75 off 88 balls (15 fours) until she ran out of partner in the 33rd over.

Kh Rukshad stood out with the best bowling figures of 3/12 in 5.1 overs for FORCE in this innings as Farjiya (1/14), Wakila Shani (1/34), Rahamatun (1/25), Nazmin Khanam (1/38) and Nagama Sheikh (1/18) shared five wickets.

In the chase, Mehna led the early scoring by hitting 9 fours before she was trapped lbw for the third wicket on 38 .

Sumeiya 31 not out off 41 balls and Nazmin Khanam 11 not out off 30 balls then finished off the chase in the 19th over.

Farhana (1/52), Sanjida (1/40) and Najiya Begum (1/14) were among the wickets for Al-Ameen.

Kh Rukshad who led the bowling attack for FORCE was eventually adjudged player of the match.
