Manipur Fencing Assn names State team for Cadet Nationals

Imphal, August 22 2025: Manipur Fencing Association has announced the names of fencers shortlisted to represent Manipur at the 20th Cadet National Fencing Championship to be held at Haldwani, Uttarakhand from September 8 to 13 .

The fencers who made it to the State team following their trial selection held at SAI Fencing Hall, Takyelpat on August 18 are as follows.

Foil (men): K Prithibiraj, N Tamnganba, A Henthoiba, N Ritankumar;
Foil (women): T Mangaleibi, H Tonibia, L Thoithoi and N Rashina;
Epee (men): T Kadamba, K Priyojit, Th Doljit, L Deepu;
Epee (women): Y Minarva, G Kenia, N Jotirika, N Priyanganbi;
Sabre (men): N Saolin, N Keshorjit, Ng Mangangba, N Marget;
Sabre (women) A Florina, N Payal, P Babydaina, and K Yaiphabi.

Further, H Suranjoy and S Ranjit Singh have been assigned as the coaches of toe State team beside S Jayenta as the team manager.
