Imphal, August 17 2025: Sekmai AC Heikham Dingo urged the youth to focus on games and sports, highlighting the numerous opportunities and health benefits that come with it.

While attending a felicitation program for All Martial Arts Academy in Lairenshajik, Dingo expressed pride in being bom in Manipur, a sports powerhouse, and commended those who carry forward the state's sporting legacy.

Dingo emphasized the importance of discipline and character in achieving success in sports.

He also underscored the positive impact of sports on society, including refraining from drug abuse, promoting mental wellbeing, and contributing to social causes.

Furthermore, he stressed the need to preserve and promote indigenous games and sports, highlighting their significance in the state's cultural heritage.
