ELSA beat SYC 5-3 in Moirang Super Div League

Imphal, May 15 2025: ELSA (Naransena) outscored SYC (Sagang) by a 5-3 margin in the 5th Keisham Babu Memorial Super Division Football League 2024-25, organised by the District Football Association, Moirang, at Moirang Multipurpose Hr Sec School Ground, on Thursday.

SYC got off to a flying start as Y Jahed opened the scoring in the very first minute.

However, ELSA quickly turned the game around with two rapid goals from L Rakesh (17') and Kh Sadananda (18'), putting them ahead.

Jahed struck again in the 37th minute to level the score, before teammate Nimrang gave SYC the lead in the 61st minute.

ELSA, however, mounted a spirited comeback, with Kh Bijen (63'), L Roshan (74'), and L Rakesh (78') all finding the net in a dominant second-half display, sealing a well-earned victory.
