3rd MNCA U-19 Women's One Day Trophy : SHADOW thrash PSC by 9 wickets to end league campaign with 4 wins

Imphal, May 12 2025: SHADOW, Thangmeiband ended their Group A campaign with a 9-wicket thrashing of PSC, Khuyathong in the 3rd MNCA U-19 Women's One Day Trophy at THAU ground, Thangmeiband.

SHADOW had already finished Group A runners up and qualified for the semi-finals alongside league winners FORCE, Kshetrigao who finish league campaign with five of five wins.

PSC opted to bat first today and added 69 runs for 5 wickets in 21 overs.

With rain affecting the match, the target was revised to 79 in 18 overs and SHADOW eased to the target at the cost of only one wicket.

Marvi Maibam scored the highest 14 for PSC after they won the toss and opted to bat first.

Nisha 9 and Thokchom Pumi 0 were unbeaten when rain interrupted their innings at 69/5 after 21 overs.

Hanglem Priyanshee 1/18, Thokchom Victoria 1/15 and Wahengbam Priyabati 1/18 were among the wickets for SHADOW in the first innings.

Chasing 79 for the victory, Sapam Kebriya forged a 27-run first wicket partnership with Moirangthem Nirupama 10 before anchoring with an unbeaten 45 off 34 balls to finish off the chase with Th Victoria 10 not out off 11 balls.

Sapam Kebriya was eventually adjudged player of the match.
