CADAP puts off 5th Recovery United Football Tournament

Imphal, April 10 2026: The 5th Recovery United Football Tournament, 2026 which was scheduled to begin from April 12 under the supervision of the Community Allegiance for Drug Use Response and Appropriate Practice (CADAP) has been postponed until further notice.

CADAP in a press release cited the prevailing unrest in the State as the reason for the postponement of the tournament.

It also expressed regrets for the inconvenience caused to all the participating teams, supporters and stakeholders.

A revised schedule will be circulated promptly once the situation stabilizes and conditions allow for the safe and fair conduct of the tournament, it said.

The deadline for registration has been extended to April 15 and the fixture will be released on April 16, it said.
