Imphal, June 06 2025: Sports Authority of India (SAI)/Sports Training Centre, Utlou has announced process for induction of athletes against this vacant seats in boxing, football and weightlifting.

In a release, SAI/STC, Utlou centre in-charge L Rinky Singh informed that preference will be given to meritorious sports persons.

The number of seats vacant for boxing is two (age: 12 to 18 years), football three (born on 2011-2013) and weightlifting 11 (12 to 18 years) .

Interested sports persons may collect the application form from the SAI STC, Utlou office from June 9 to 23 during office hours and submit the duly filed in forms within June 24.Selection trial for eligible candidates will be conducted on June 25 and 26 at SAI, STC Utlou from 6.30 am onwards, it informed.

The release further stated that documents to be attached along with application forth are Aadhaar card, schobl reading certificate, age proof certificate (birth certificate), sports achievement certificate (if any) and one copy of latest passport size photograph.
