NACO struggled to contain Lamjao's attack, compounded by Haorongbam Kumarjit Singh's 12th-minute yellow card.
Lamjao's defence held strong, with substitute Chongtham Rohit Singh entering at halftime to shore up the backline.
In a tightly contested encounter, North Eastern Sporting Union (NESU) were held to a 1-1 draw by YPHU at the same venue.
NESU's Md Mustopa broke the deadlock in the 32nd minute with a clinical finish, but YPHU fought back valiantly, with Thongam Priyaball Singh restoring parity in the 61st minute with a composed strike.
Despite end-to-end exchanges in the closing stages, neither side could carve out a winner, ultimately settling for a share of the points.
Meanwhile, Sainik School Imphal Old Boys' Football Club staged a spirited comeback to secure a dramatic 3-2 victory over SAIRC in a thrilling encounter at Sagolmang Ground.
SAIRC drew first blood in the 34th minute when Ngairangbam Jarish Singh broke the deadlock with a clinical finish.
However, the Old Boys responded after the interval, with Oinam Vivekananda Singh restoring parity in the 52nd minute.
Momentum swung further in Sainik's favour as Naorem Roshan Singh put his side ahead with a well-taken strike in the 63rd minute.
Undeterred, SAIRC rallied valiantly, with Chihanring Lunghar firing home in the 75th minute to set up a tense finale.
Yet it was Sainik who had the final say, as Naorem Klose seized the decisive moment in the 80th minute, slotting home to seal a hard-fought win for the Old Boys amidst late drama.
