Imphal, May 24 2025: The 18th edition of N Balananda Singh Memorial 2nd Division Football League (U-17 Boys) 2024-25 began today at Mini Stadium, Bishnupur under the aegis of District Sports Association, Manipur.

As many as 5 teams are participating in the third tier district level club tournament.

In the opening match, RFCC, Keinou and UFC, Bishnupur played out a goalless draw.

Later in the day, Nicholas and Abison scored two goals apiece to fashion YSWA, Utlou a 5-1 win over IFC, Ishok.

Abison found the lead early in the 8th minute before Nicholas added the team's second in the 15th minute.

Abison was at it again to earn YSWA a 3-0 lead after 23 minutes.

After trailing the first half by 3 goals, IFC found the consolation goal in the 53rd minute when Prince converted a penalty but Rojesh who came off the bench at the restart regained the three-goal lead for YSWA before Nicholas completed his double in the 76th minute to complete the 5-1 rout of IFC .
