SJC win 30th L Sangita Memorial 1st Divn Football League title

Imphal, October 20 2025: Salam Juvenile Club (SJC), Sangaithel Road emerged winners of the 30thL Sangita Devi Memorial 1 st Division Football League 2025-26 organised by the Imphal West District Football Association at PAMYAL ground, Patsoi.

SJC concluded their campaign with a 0-0 draw with Social Youths Organisation (SOYO), Uripok Kangchup Road on October 17 last.

With the draw after having registered four wins in previous five matches, SJC amassed 13 points to seal the top honour as SOYO finished third on 10 points from 2 wins and four draws.

SKYC, Awang Sekmai meanwhile finished league runners up on 11 points as they beat YAC, Yaiskul 1-0 for the third win on October 18 last courtesy of Manojrai's 48th minute goal.

The day also saw KYC-N, Khurkhul edge past KAN, Kadangband 2-1 thanks to goals from Ronaldo (34') and Emanuel (69') .

Ranjan (40+2') scored the only goal for KAN in the match.

With the result, KYC-N finished fourth in the final league standings on 10 points as KAN finished fifth on 5 points.
