ABA, MIUFC post first win in 3rd Premier League

Imphal, October 14 2025: ABA, Kshetrigao and MIUFC, Mayang Imphal registered their first wins in the 3rd Premier League being organised by the All Manipur Football Association at SSC ground, Sekta.

In the 12th match of the tournament, ABA who suffered a 3-4 loss to UCFC, Chandel in their opening match, sealed their first victory against KIYC, Kshetri Awang Leikai thanks to a penalty converted by Saikhom Abinash in the 37th minute.

The day also saw MIUFC, who played out a 1-1 draw with YPHU in their opening match, beat Sagolband United 1-0 for their first win.

The goal came late in the 80th minute through Longjam Ronald after both the sides entered the break goalless.

AMOFA will play UCFC in the next match on October 16 from 11.45 am before AIM play SGH from 1:45 pm .
