Imphal, July 14 2025: Schools from Chandel, Imphal East, Tengnoupal, Thoubal, Imphal West, Kakching, Senapati and Noney districts scripted wins in Monday's matches of the 64th State Level Subroto Cup Football Tournament 2025 (U15 boys, U17 boys & girls), organised by Youth Affairs & Sports Department.

In the U15 boys match at Chajing Kangjeibung ground, St Pauls Higher Secondary School, Chandel beat Padma Ratna English School, Kakching 3-0, with K Changhhman (14th) and Arakung Chothe (46th & 60th) scoring for the winners.

Goals from H Maniithoiba (2nd), Athoiba (43rd) and NG Shidas (59th) guided Ramananda High School, Imphal East to a 3-2 victory over Mt Zion Senior Secondary School, Senapati.

The Senapati school bridged the score deficit through D Rahravio (34th) and Aveishodal (60th) Meanwhile, hat-trick of goals by L Lemba (10th, 18th & 38th) and brace by MR Maring (19th & 23rd) ensured St Joseph's Higher Secondary School, Tengnoupal's 5-1 thrashing of Hundung Kaziphung High School, Ukhrul with the latter's consolation goal netted by Yarshokin (2nd).In the day's other match, Th Morchando (17th, 21st, 22nd, 42nd & 49th) and Comdedi-tion (45th) helped AG Memorial Academy, Thoubal pulverise Khangsillung Higher Secondary School, Noney 6-0 .

In the U17 boys match at Mini Stadium, Thoubal Ningombam, Yumnam Huidrom Higher Secondary School, Imphal West thrashed Needy Home Academy, Kangpokpi 8-1 with A Achouba (35th, 65th & 69th), W Manihen (7th & 39th), ESuraj (59th & 70+2nd) and W Bishal (38th) ensuring the comfortable victory margin, while the Kangpokpi school reduced the score deficit through Jiansin Dangmei (50th) .

Four goals by L Yuki (10th, 26th, 34th & 40th) and one from W Abinash (31st) guided Langmeidong Higher Secondary School, Kakching to 5-0 win over Khongjom Standard English School, Thoubal, in another U17 boys match.

In the U17 girls' match at Wangjing Kodompokpi ground, Samaritan Public School, Senapati beat Tekcham High School, Thoubal 2-1 with goals from Sonali Rai (11th) and Sneha Paradhan (16th) for the winners, and M Roji Devi (41st) netting the Thoubal goal.

Porompat Sabal Leikai High School, trounced St Peter Higher Secondary School, Chandel 8-0, courtesy of goals by Martina (14th & 16 th), Joyshini (20th & 41st), Rani (24th & 45th) and Russia (15th) and an own goal by SR Alphani (7th).Meanwhile, S Lakhipyari (6th, 40th & 53rd), S Silky (29th & 34th), L Seitamala (14th & 43rd), L Purnimaluxmi (22nd) ensured CT Higher Secondary School, Imphal West's comprehensive 8-1 victory over Oinam Government High School.

The consolation goal for Bishnupur was scored by O Bisheshwori (8th) .

In other U17 girls matches, Amutombi Divine Life English School, Kakching beat Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (Tengnoupal) 3-0, while Khangsillung Higher Secondary School, Noney outplayed St Peter Higher Secondary School, Chandel 10-0 .
