73rd Senior State Kabaddi C'ships : AMDASCAM, NAYA crowned men and women's champions

Imphal, September 13 2026: AMDASCAM, Atoukhong and NAYA, Nongmaikhong Awang Leikai were crowned the men and women's champions in the 73rd Senior State Kabaddi Championships organised by the Manipur State Kabaddi Association at EYMDO playground, Wabagai Mayai Leikai.

NAYA sealed the women's title with an easy 24-12 win over VETO, Laphupat Tera in the final today.

Earlier in the semi-finals, NAYA outlasted NYDA, Nongmaikhong Makha Leikai 20-18 and VETO prevailed 28-9 over LYUC, Lourembam.

N Bidyapati of NAYA was adjudged the best player of the women's segment.

Meanwhile in the men's final, AMDASCAM beat VETO by 32-25 points.

AMDASCAM reached the final with a 51-18 win over SLYO, Tekcham after VETO overwhelmed WSWC, Wabagai by 42-19 points.

Md Manjur of AMDASCAM was named the best player of the men's segment.
