MFC, JFCC, PKFC prevail in Maipakpi Trophy

Imphal, May 13 2025: Mukhai FC (Thoubal) enjoyed an easy day with a 9-0 thrashing of WAC (Singjamei) in the Maipakpi Memorial Trophy 2025 at City Club Ground, Heirok Litan Makhong, on Tuesday.

The star of the match was H Tomba, who netted an extraordinary seven-goal haul, finding the back of the net in the 9th, 17th, 21st, 27th, 32nd, 39th, and 47th minutes.

Eng-son (4') and Dilbagh Mutum (19') added one goal each to complete the emphatic win.

In the day's other fixtures, JFCC (Heirok) secured a 2-0 win against MMFA (Heirok).

Rishi broke the deadlock in the 20th minute, and Bikram doubled the advantage just a minute later to seal the result.

Meanwhile, PKFC (Sekta) narrowly defeated 786 Sporting Club (Kairang) 1-0, with Henery scoring the decisive goal in the 46th minute.
