Senapati, May 04 2026: District MMA fighter, Besii Aruju won the Matrix Fight Night (MFN) debut, the India's premier mixed martial arts platform on Saturday (May 2) .

The Punanamei Youth and Students' Organization has extended its heartfelt congratulations to Besii Aruju of Punanamei Village, Senapati, following his impressive victory in his debut bout at Matrix Fight Night (MFN) .

Mention may be made that Aruju secured the win against Manoj Yadav, who represented Uttar Pradesh state, marking a significant milestone in his professional MMA journey.

The bout was held at the Shaheed Vijay Singh Pathik Indoor Sports Complex in Greater Noida.

In a statement, the student body lauded Aruju's achievement as a reflection of his dedication, patience, perseverance, and exceptional skill.

His success, it noted, has brought immense pride and inspiration to the Punanamei community.

As the winner of Matrix Fight Night Contender 2022, Aruju is expected to continue competing on the MFN platform, with more bouts anticipated in the future.

The organization expressed hope that this victory marked the beginning of a long and successful career in mixed martial arts, wishing him continued excellence and many more achievements in the years ahead.
