87 Bn CRPF to host Badminton, Men's Football

Imphal, September 03 2026: The 87 Bn CRPF in Uchathol, Jiribam is set to host a Men's Singles Badminton Tournament and a Men's Football Tournament under helo India's Sports for Peace and Development Across Nation (SPANDAN) initiative.

The badminton tournament will be held at Kambiron, Noney district from September 8 to 10 while the football tournament will be held from September 11 to 13 at Luangkao, Tamenglong district.

Top three podium finishers in both the tournaments will receive cash prizes of Rs 10,000; Rs 6,000 and Rs 4,000, said a press note issued by 87 Bn CRPF .
