TYDA, UFC win in Bishnupur 1st Division Football League

Imphal, September 18 2025: TYDA, Toubul and UFC, Bishnupur registered victories in the 1 st Yumnam Manao Memorial 1st Division Football League matches staged yesterday at Mini Stadium, Bishnupur.

In the second Group A match of the tournament, TYDA who crushed BFA, Nachou by 10-1 goals in the previous match thumped WYC, Yumnam Khunou by 1-0 goal for the second straight victory.

The lone goal that earned TYDA all three points was scored by S Tomthin in the 23rd minute.

Later in the third Group A match, Donny and Guankinlung scored two goals apiece to hand UFC, Bishnupur a 5-1 win over Ishok FC.

UFC had a bright start to the game and were 4-0 up by halftime as Donny (25') and Shaimon (27') quickfired a goa apiece before Guankinlung scored two goals back to back in the 35 th and the 36th minute.

Donny found his second goal two minutes into the second half (47') to give UFC an unassailable 5-0 lead.

Ishok FC who were struggling for quite a long time pulled one goal back in the 75th minute through Manglemba but it proved to be the last goal of the game.
