State players win 16 medals at Moscow Wushu Cship

Imphal, June 06 2025:
State players, who are representing India, have so far won six gold, six silver and four bronze medals in various categories of the Moscow Wushu Star Championship being held in Moscow, Russia from June 1 to 7.The gold medal winners are Linthoingambi Laitonjam (junior taijiquan & taijiji-an), Hanjabam Langlentombi (senior nanquan), Jollyson Thangjam (junior nanquan), Christina Kangjam (12-14 years taijijian girls) and Wangthoi Thangjam (junior boys' gunshu) .

Hanjabam Karnajit (senior taijiquan & senior taijijian male), Wangthoi Thangjam (junior changquan & junior daoshu male), Sanaroz Thongram (12-14 year taijijian girls) and Mayanglambam Suraj (senior gunshu) were the silver medal winners, while the bronze medals were bagged by Suraj Mayanglambam (senior daoshu), Sanaroz Thongram (sub-junior taijiquan), Ngamba Aheibam (senior taijijian male) and Langlentombi Hanjabam (senior nangun) .
Team India at the Moscow championship is being led by S Chaobi Devi as coach.
