Namdilong YC demolish Ariang YC 11-0 in 14th Jadonang Memorial Football Tournament

Imphal, October 21 2025: Namdilong YC came out all guns blazing to devastate Ariang YC 11-0 in a Group D match of the ongoing 14th Jadonang Memorial Football Tournament at SAI football ground, Takyel today.

Namdilong YC earned the lead after 31 minutes as Machunlung of Ariang YC conceded an own goal before Bicky Singh doubled the advantage in the 40th minute and Namguamluang made it 3-0 2 minutes into the added time of the first half (40+2') .

There was no looking back for Namdilong YC as Robert (41', 58'), Maisonthon (42', 43'), Thonkam (80', 80+1') added two goals apiece in the second half while Wikamang (46') and Khangkinwibou (67') scored one goal each.

In a Group J match staged earlier, Chinikon YCplayed out a 3-3 draw with Chuangphun YC (CHYC) .

In a Group C match staged in the second ground, Gaisemlong FC beat SSYC, Sairem 3-1 thanks to goals from Namdailung Kamei (52', 56') and Dikampou Kamei (74') as Thomas Gangmei scored the consolation goal for SSYC in the 78th minute.

Later in a Group I match, Longmai-2 YC played out a 1-1 draw with Raenghzaeng YC .
