All Manipur Gymnastics Association fetes National championship achievers

Imphal, September 20 2025: All Manipur Gymnastics Association today accorded warm reception to athletes who participated and brought laurels to the State from All Age Group Trampoline and Tumbling Gymnastics National Championship 2025 and All Age Group Aerobic Gymnastics National Championship during a function at Khuman Lampak Main Stadium.

All Manipur Gymnastics Association's president L Tiken: secretary, Y Bony; treasurer Ch Ashok and other key functionaries led in felicitating and encouraging the State gymnasts during the function.

Notably, A Korounganbi Devi (Mini) and Babina Pamei (senior) were two of the three athletes who made it to the final round of the Trampoline and Tumbling Gymnastics National Championship 2025 although they missed podium finish.

State team meanwhile returned with 3 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze medals from the All Age Group Aerobic Gymnastics National Championship.

Ariha Pangambam secured a gold medal in the championship for the record fifth time with an impressive score of 18.200 points as Okram Umajit settled for a silver medal in the senior men's competition with a score of 15.80 points at the said championship The senior trio of Ariha, Huirem Jesika and Pangambam Anjori also earned a bronze medal by securing 15.733 points.
