Mukna to feature in RING 2026 : AMMA

Imphal, May 15 2026: The All Manipur Mukna Association (AMMA) said that Mukna will feature in the Revival of Indigenous Native Games (RING) 2026 beginning on May 21 in two venues.

In a press release, AMMA said that Mukna competition for five different weight categories (-55 kg, 55+ to 65 kg, 65+ to 75 kg, 75+ to 85 kg, and 85+ kg) will be conducted at the mega sports festival hosted by the Manipur Upliftment Centre and the National Yuva Cooperative Society Ltd .

The competition will be held at Khuman Lampak Indoor Stadium, it said while inviting interested players to submit their entry forms through their respective "District Mukna Associations" till May 18 .

A maximum of 20 entries will be accommodated for each category, it said.
