Imphal West District Bodybuilding Championship 2025 on Aug 10

Imphal, August 06 2025: Body Builders' Association of Imphal West District (BBAIWD) is set to organise the Imphal West District Bodybuilding Championship 2025 on August 10 at Langol Laimanai Meetin Sang near Shija Medical College.

The competition organised under the auspices of the All Manipur Body Builders Association (AMBBA) will see athletes from the district affiliated with AMBBA or MABBA vie for top-5 honours in bodybuilding competitions for senior men, junior men and masters categories and men's open sports physique competition.

The senior category bodybuilding competition carries Rs 15,000; Rs 8,000; Rs 4,000; Rs 3,000 and Rs 2,000 for the winners and the remaining top five finishers while the top five athletes in the junior category will receive Rs 10,000; Rs 5,000; Rs 3,000; Rs 2,000 and Rs 2,000 .

The top five finishers in the masters open competition will meanwhile receive a cash prize of Rs 7,000; Rs 4,000; Rs 3,000; Rs 2,000 and Rs 2,000 while the top five position holders will get Rs 10,000; Rs 5,000; Rs 3,000; Rs 2,000 and Rs 2,000 respectively.

The meritorious athletes in all the categories will also receive medals, trophies and food supplement, said BBAIWD in a press note.
