AIFF's Project Future India for referees next year

Imphal, July 06 2012:
The All India Football Federation (AIFF) will be launching its Project Future India (PFI-2013) in the early 2013 with an aim to groom up budding referees to professional level through intensive training, exposure and evaluation by experts for over a period of two years.
During the training period, the selected referees will be under a dedicated team comprising Technical Instructors, Fitness Trainers, Visiting nutritionist and Sports Psychologist.
All expenses towards travel and stay of the selected referees during the training and exposures shall be borne by the AIFF.
Meanwhile, the selection process for the project will be held during November and December 2012 at different locations of India.
AMFA will select seven men and three women category 4 and 5 referees as per RIN update till July 15, 2012 from the state.
Interested eligible referees may apply or before September 15, 2012 to the General Secretary of All Manipur Football Association (AMFA), L Ranjit Roy, according to a press release of AMFA today.
