HU, KHSC to face off in men's final of DGAR Hockey Tournament

Imphal, December 14 2024: Hockey Union and KHSC will square off in the men's final of the 1st DGAR U-19 Men's & Women's Hockey Tournament 2024, following their semifinal triumphs at Khuman Lampak Hockey Stadium on Saturday.

Hockey Union earned a smooth passage to the final with a 6-1 hammering of YCCIC.

T Ricky made the most of the rout with three goals as Kh Somikant did his bit with a double and M Manimatum contributed one in HU's commanding semifinal triumph.

K Rahul was the lone scorer for YCCIC.

KHSC, on the other hand, beat TWC 2-0 for their place in the final, thanks to a brace from L Harish.

The men's final match will take place on Sunday, December 15 at 1:45 pm, after the women's final match between MEIRAA and YCCIC at 12 pm .
