Eight matches decided on Day 3 of Senior Tennis Tournament

Imphal, December 14 2024: As many as eight singles event matches were contested in the 6th Manipur Senior Tennis Tournament 2024 on Saturday.

Th Shantikumar, Kh Bona, Suraj, Premjit, Th Ibohal, Tuleshwor and Jayenta emerged the victors in their age groups.

In the 35+ singles event, Th Shantikumar beat Th Chingkhei 2 6, 6-1 (10-6), Suraj outclassed Th Shantikumar 6-1, 6-1 and Premjit dominated Bona 6-1, 6-2, while Kh Bona earned a walkover.

In the 45+ singles, Th Ibohal eased past A Prem 6-1, 6-1, Tuleshwor outplayed Pritam 6-4, 6-2 and Jayenta overcame Ibohal 6-4, 6-4 .
