NAPSA, KSDO register victories in 9th MNCA Plate Tournament

Imphal, December 18 2024: NAPSA defeated SHADOW by 4 wickets, while KSDO sealed a 38-run success against YPHUC in Wednesday's fixtures of the 9th MNCA Plate Tournament 2024-25.NAPSA's bowlers domi nated SHADOW, dismissing them for just 146 in 32.4 overs.

Heisnam Boney was the standout performer, claiming four wickets, while Tongbram Dhanakuber and Bipin Ningthoujam each took two wickets.

Rocky Yumnam and Albert Sorokhaibam also contributed with one wicket apiece.

Md Aziz Khan was the top scorer for SHADOW, contributing a valiant 71 runs.

NAPSA chased down the target in 25.3 overs, losing six wickets.

Boney (42), Laishram Kipajan (25 not out), and Tongbram Dhanakuber (18 not out) were the key contributors to the chase.

In KSDO's triumph over YPHUC, Md Raish Raza top scored with 78 in their innings after they chose to bat first, helping his side post a respectable 188/10 in 34.5 overs.

Nawaz Sharif (25), San-gomshumpham Shah Nawaz (14) and Md Abdul Razaque (12) were other key scorers.

In reply, YPHUC faltered in their chase as they were bowled out in 33 overs for 150 .

Tarique Aziz and Md Abdul Razaque led the KSDO attack with three wickets each, while Lakimbur took two, with Md Shah Jahan adding one in their win.
