He said that Liklam Ngakpa is a voluntary organisation formed by likeminded individuals from both Manipur and outside the State who contribute financially, physically and through their expertise to extend support to internally displaced persons.
Bikramjeet explained that the workshop and competition were organised with the objective of providing students with a creative platform to ease mental stress and help them cope with the hardships and challenges they continue to face during their displacement, particularly during the summer vacation period.
He also expressed gratitude to Ashok Arora of Delhi for extending support upon learning about the initiative for IDP students.
The organisers noted that such activities not only encourage creativity among children but also contribute to their emotional well-being by providing opportunities for self-expression and positive engagement.
