YPO, Heirok in semis of volleyball tourney

Thoubal, May 05 2025: YPO, Thoudam and Heirok have advanced to the semi-finals of the 6th Thoubal District Inter Village Men's Sub-Junior Open Volleyball Tournament 2025 after defeating their respective quarterfinal opponent at SLGC Siphai Leikai playground on Monday.

In the first quarterfinal, YPO defeated YDC, Khoirom by 3-1 set points (20-25, 25-20, 25-17 & 25-19), while Heirok overcame AAVA, Andro (A) in four sets at 25-19, 25-18, 24-26 & 25-16 in the second quarterfinal.

On Tuesday, Icham Khunou will play SLGC (A), Siphai Leikai and LEWA, Lamding will face KYSU, Kairembikhok in the remaining quarterfinal matches.
