YWC, MPSC split points in AMFA Women's Football League

Imphal, June 15 2025: Youth Welfare Club (YWC) and MPSC played out a 1-1 draw in Sunday's action of the 15th AMFA Senior Women's Football League 2024-25 at Artificial Turf Ground, Lamlong Thongkhong.

YWC stole a march on their opponents early when Senjam Lava Devi found the back of the net in the 6th minute putting her side ahead in a tightly contested first half.

After the break, MPSC pushed forward in search of an equaliser, and their persistence was rewarded in the 55th minute as Oinam Olivia Chanu levelled the score.

Despite both teams pressing for a winner in the closing stages, neither could find a decisive goal, leaving them to settle for a point apiece.
