Imphal, February 14 2025: SFC inflicted a crushing 6-0 thrashing on RAU to book the remaining semifinal berth of the 15th Shaheed Manoranjan Singh Memorial CRPF Football Tournament 2024-25 at SAI Turf Ground, Takyel, on Friday.

Wangjam Alex was the standout performer, netting a superb hat-trick, while Wahengbam Dravid struck twice to guide SFC to a resounding triumph.

Alex set the tone with a well-taken opener in the 31st minute, before Dravid doubled the advantage in the 38th minute and swiftly made it 3-0 just two minutes later, giving SFC a comfortable lead at half-time.

The second half saw SFC maintain their dominance, with Muhammad Sohail adding a fourth goal in the 62nd m inute.

Alex then completed his hat-trick with two late strikes, scoring in the 80th and stoppage time (90+1), sealing an emphatic victory and a place in the last four.

With this comprehensive win, SFC progress to the semifinals, where they will face Pathap in the second fixture at 2 pm on Saturday, February 15, 2025 .

The first semifinal will see Juvenile take on Asufii at 10 am the' same day.
