THAU, PTRC enjoy big wins in MNCA Women's T-20 Trophy

THAU and PTRC recorded emphatic wins in Tuesday's fixtures of the 3rd MNCA Women's T-20 Trophy.
THAU thumped TCMDC by 94 runs in their encounter at THAU Ground.
Opting to bat first, PTRC posted a formidable total of 194/6 in their 20 overs, thanks to standout performances from Linthoi RK (46 off 28 balls) and Loidangton Devi Thokchom (36 off 31) .
Bidyarani's unbeaten 23 provided late momentum, while extras (41) further bolstered the score.
TCMDC's chase never gained traction, as they were restricted to 100/5 .
Ningthoisana Thoudam top-scored with a patient 39*, but the bowling attack, led by Chingkheileima Chanu Mangsatabam (2/11) and Ningthoisana Thoudam (2/28), ensured a comprehensive win for PTRC.
THAU, on the other hand, thrashed PCC by 10 wickets at SEDOC Ground.
PCC struggled from the outset, managing only 59/7 in their 20 overs, with Hemam Lingjen Devi (18) being the sole batter to reach double figures.
THAU's bowlers, particularly Konjengbam Nonibala Devi (2/6) and Seterny Devi Brahmacharimayum (1/2), kept PCC under relentless pressure.
In reply, THAU's openers Kalpana Devi Keisham (25) and Ronibala Chanu Thokchom (24) chased down the target in just 7.3 overs without losing a wicket, sealing a dominant victory.
