Thumli Joyshing Monsang clears National Elite Referee Fitness Test

Imphal, July 05 2025: Thumli Joyshing Monsang, a police personnel from Chandel and Manipur's only national elite referee, has successfully cleared the National Elite Referee Fitness Test conducted in Gwalior on Saturday.

The announcement was made by the District Police Chandel, who expressed pride in Joyshing's achievement.

Widely regarded for his discipline and commitment to the game, Joyshing's success is seen as a significant milestone for both the police force and the sporting community in the state.
