FC Lamjao cruise in AMFA Futsal tournament

Imphal, September 24 2021: FC Lamjao cruised past YOSC 10-6 in Friday's action of the 1st Col Khetrimayum Arunkumar Memorial Futsal Tournament 2021 being organised by AMFA.

A Seitam and L Kisan shone for the winning side, sharing seven goals between them.

Kisan opened the scoring ftve minutes into the game, Bipinchandra doubled the lead in the 9th minute and Sushil made it 3-0 in the in the 10th minute before Bipinchandra further stretched their advantage two minutes later.

After falling four goals behind, YOSC scored their first goal in the 18th minute through Sajaan Khan but they soon conceded two more goals with Seitam netting a quick double (20th, 21st) for FC Lamjao.

YOSC managed to reduce the deficit scoring three goals in the space of eight minutes courtesy of Khamshok Raihing (24th), Md Sabit (26th) and Soibam Nobel (32nd) only to see FC Lamjao bounce back with a double from Kishan (35th, 36th) .

FC Lamjao ensured they wrapped up their victory in convincing style by collecting two more goals through Kisan (39th, 40th) after YOSC scored two goals through Sajaan and Khami Vashum.
