Thoubal, May 24 2026: The 6th edition of Thoubal District Boxing Championship 2026 organised by the Thoubal District Amateur Boxing Association (THOUDABA) under the aegis of the Manipur Amateur Boxing Association (MABA) at Nongpok Ningthou Panthoibi Community Hall, Nongpok Ingourok.

The third and the final day of the competition saw Kh Donel Singh of NIBA beat Sh Rojit of SBA for the Sub-Junior Boys' -52 kg title, Ng Binao Devi of NIBA beat M Langlen of MBA for the Sub-Jr Girls' -54 kg title, L Bikash of MBA beat Kh Suresh of MBA for the Junior Boys' -60 kg category title, Bogimayum Mustaque of MBA beat Ngambam Ningthoujam of SBA for the Junior Boys' -63 kg title, K Divyabati of SBA beat S Ibesana of MBA for the Junior Girls' -50 kg title, and Sara Laishram of SBA beat Pheirong Binita of MBA for the Junior Girls'-52 kg title.

Youth Men's -60 kg category title meanwhile went to N Pradeshi of MBA who thumped Laishram Max 3-0 in the final as M Max of MBA beat compatriot M Alina Chanu for the Youth Women's -48 kg category title.

In the meantime Karuna Devi of MBA sealed the Elite Women's -48 kg title by defeating Elangbam Thoicha of KBA in the final.

Lanchenbi Soibam of SBA on the other hand sealed the Master Girls' -46 kg title by defeating compatriot Lukram Neviya in the final as K Tomthinnganba of MBA beat M Thoungamba of NIBA for the Master Boys' 26 kg category title.
