MIISIKHOL emerge champions of State Level Cheibi Yendamnaba

Imphal, October 14 2025: MIISIKHOL, Khurai emerge champions of 35th State Level Cheibi Yendamnaba organised by the All Manipur Cheibi Association at Ima Laikhutlembi Shanglen, Khurai Sajor Leikai.

MIISIKHOL won 11 gold, 10 silver and 3 bronze medals to amass 88 points to emerge champions and secure the 3rd Sintakpurel Ningsing Mana.

MEM, Sagolband meanwhile finished first runners up on 38 points off 4 gold, 4 silver and 6 bronze medals as EEA, Yaingakpokpi settled for the second runners up title on 35 points off 2 gold, 5 silver and 10 bronze medals.

The final day of the championship saw Th Bhumika of NEES securing the junior girls' -50 kg category title by beating M Khristina of MEM in the final as Chingkheilembi of BIKOM and S Loyaleima of KETTSS settled for the third and fourth spots.

TK Lanchenbi of MIISIKHOL meanwhile won the junior girls' -60 kg title by beating Kh Langlen of EEA as compatriot Lingjel won the above 60 kg category title beating L Tonthoibi of EEA in the final.

Lidia of MIISIKHOL (-65 kg) and Dhanapiyari of MIISIKHOL (above 65 kg) also sealed gold medals in senior women's competition.

Junior boys' -60 kg title meanwhile went to K Rex of KETTSS who beat L Akbar of MIISIKHOL as MIISIKHOL's L Lanchenba bagged the above 60 kg category title by defeating K Lanchenba of MIPCA.

In the senior men's competition, I Zenith of MEM won the -55 kg category gold as L Paikhomba of MEM sealed the -60 kg title by beating S Naresh of TTCRA; M Victor of MEM won the -65 kg title beating Th Reebason of BIKOM; and W Sanatomba of EEA won the above 65 kg category title by defeating MEM's L Bidyasagar.
