I-League 3 : KLASA FC qualify for final round with third win on trot, FC Raengdai go down 0-1

Imphal, May 03 2026: Keinou Library & Sports Association FC, Keinou thumped Citadel Godavari Legends FC based in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh by 2-0 goals for the third Group C win on the trot and qualified for the final round of the I-League 3 this morning at Mulna Football Stadium in Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh.

In the final Group C match staged today at Mulna Football Stadium, KLASA FC, who beat Assam based Chhaygaon FC 1-0 in their league opener and edged past BLG- The Diamond Rock FC 2-1 in the second match, rode on goals from Ronik Singh Moirangthem (35') and Huidrom Torres Singh (48') to beat Citadel Godavari Legends FC and complete the league stage sweep.

Meanwhile, FC Raengdai suffered a slight dent in the race for the final round as they went down 0-1 to Sunrise Club Orissa here at Khuman Lampak Main Stadium this evening in a Group A league match.

The lone goal that settled the issue was scored by Arpan Lakra in the 17th minute.

Earlier in the day, ARA FC, Ahmedabad were held to a 1-1 draw by Mawlai Sport Club, Shillong.

ARA FC found the lead in the 18th minute only to be cancelled by Damanbhalang Chyne off a penalty kick in the 62nd minute for Mawlai Sport Club.

Despite the loss, FC Raengdai, who had posted two previous game victories, remain on top of Group A while Sunrise Club Orissa are second on same 6 points from 2 wins in three matches.

FC Raengdai will play Mawlai Sport Club in their final Group A league match at Khuman Lampak Main Stadium on May 5 from 3 pm .
