Manipur Wrestling Association mourns demise of Th Nandabir

Imphal, June 01 2026: The Manipur Wrestling Association has condoled the demise of founder member Th Nandabir on May 29 at his Heirangoithong Bazar residence.

The Manipur Wrestling Association convened a condolence meeting to pay tribute to the former member and observed two-minute silence as a mark of respect to the departed soul at Khuman Lampak Sports Complex.

The members also recalled the contributions of Th Nandabir towards the cause of wrestling in the State.

While sharing the pain and sorrow of the bereaved family members, they also prayed for his soul to rest in peace.
