Imphal, July 16 2025: Security forces have arrested a cadre of proscribed RPF/PLA identified as Thongam Inaoba Meitei alias Lalaba (23) from his Laingou Maning Leikai residence under Kumbi police station on Tuesday night.

As per a release by Manipur Police Control Room, a SIM card and Kechaoda keypad mobile phone have been recovered from the possession of Inaoba, who underwent 30-day basic military training in Myanmar.
