Kakching, August 11 2025: Ahead of the Patriots' Day observance on August 13, Padma Ratna English School, Kakching Eco Club organised cleanliness-cum-tree plantation drive at Khongjom War Memorial Complex and Santhei Natural Park, Andro on Sunday.

The programme was participated by 150 people including school principal Thokchom Jiten, Eco Club teacher in-charge Naorem Ibosana, Eco Club president Pushpa Naorem, school staff and students.

Meanwhile, Kakching Municipal Council (KMC) conducted a cleanliness drive along the DC road on Sunday in view of the upcoming Patriots' Day and Independence Day observance.

The drive was attended by KMC sanitary workers and sanitary inspector Moirangthem Goverdhan.
