Imphal, December 20 2025: The Manipur State Power Company Limited (MSPCL) has informed the public that there will be planned shutdown for 33/11 KV Kangla Substation on December 21, 2025, from 8 am to 10 am for cleaning of rear side of 11 KV Control & Relay Panel and checking of cable end connections.

During this period, power supply to consumers of 11 KV Assembly 2 and 11 KV Thangal Feeder will be affected.
