Imphal, June 29 2025: With the aim of preventing frequent flash flood due to water blockage, an intensive cleaning of the drainage system in Mayang Imphal Konchak Makha Leikai area was conducted today under the supervision of Mayang Imphal AC MLA Kongkham Robindro.

Expressing gratitude to the MLA for his proactive effort, the residents of Mayang Imphal Konchak Makha Leikai area shared that the area always gets flooded whenever there is rainfall leading to great inconveniences to the people.

They also conveyed their appreciation to all the people who had provided their support/assistance in cleaning the drainage system.
