Imphal, August 06 2025: Based on intelligence inputs, security forces conducted search operation and arrested a cadre of the proscribed PREPAK from his Thoubal Haokha Maning Leikai residence on Monday, according to Manipur Police Control Room.

In a release, the control room identified the arrested person as Pangambam Kepten Singh alias Sachikanta (51) .

A mobile phone, SIM card and Aadhaar card were seized from him, it added.
