Thoubal, October 28 2025: The Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), Government of Manipur has informed the general public that there will be no water supply in the areas under the jurisdiction of Thoubal (Tomching) Water Supply Scheme, until the repair work and installation of 100 HP electrical raw water pumpset is completed.

The PHED requested the affected consumers to kindly bear with the Department for any inconvenience caused as the works are being taken up in the larger interest of the public.
