Imphal, August 27 2025: Sunzu Bachaspatimayum, Secretary, Manipur State Film Development Society (MSFDS), called on Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla at Raj Bhavan, Imphal, today.

During the meeting, Sanzu briefed the Governor on the present status, ongoing initiatives for nurturing Manipur's film heritage, promotional projects in the pipeline, and the upcoming Manipur State Film Awards (MSFA) .

As per a release issued by PRO Raj Bhavan, matters related to manpower shortage, infrastructure expansion, and pending financial liabilities of the 2nd Eikhoigi Imphal International Film Festival (EIIFF) were also placed before'the Governor for kind consideration.
