Thang-Ta Loisang observes Foundation Day

Imphal, September 02 2024: The 8th Foundation Day of Thang-Ta Loisang, Sana Konung was celebrated today at Uttra Sanglen, SanaKonung.

It was graced by Rajya Sabha MP and titular King of Manipur Leishemba Sanajaoba, Angom Ningthou Angom Poireiton and Thang-Ta Loisang president Athokpam Ojendro as presidium members.

The celebration began with a prayer followed by the lighting of ceremonial candles by Leishemba Sanajaoba.

Offering of floral tributes to the deceased Gurus of Thang-Ta and observance of one minute silence to pay respect to the brave heroes who made supreme sacrifice for the motherland were the main highlights of the event.
