Kakching VDF Welfare Assn extends financial aid

Kakching, April 02 2026: The Kakching District VDF Welfare Association has extended a monetary assistance of Rs 3,00,000 to the family of late Th Manindra Singh, VDF No 1721 of Umathel Outpost, who passed away untimely on March 27, 2026.The financial aid was formally handed over to the bereaved parents of the deceased by the president of the association, accompanied by members of the body.

The visit and handing over of the assistance was also accompanied by Kakching District SP Priyadarshini Laishram; Additional SP (L/ O) Shankerjit Loitongbam, along with members of the association, who expressed their condolences and solidarity with the grieving family.
