Imphal, May 29 2025: A unit of the Youth Red Cross was opened today at Saraswati Institute of Management & Para-medical Science, Pangei under the aegis of Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS) Manipur.

The event was graced by IRCS Manipur chairman Narendra Ningomba, secretary Athokpam, Nabachandra Singh and Saraswati College Management Committee chairman Plus Phijam as presidium members.

As part of the event, a voluntary blood donation camp was also held at Blood Center, JNIMS, jointly organised by Youth Red Cross Unit, IQAC and NSS Unit.

Students of the college donated their blood during the camp.
